Very good dishes from the South West, the cassoulet is excellent, the duck confit too and the millefeuille is killer! I highly recommend! The atmosphere and service are also very good. You can go there with your eyes closed!

My partner and I had dinner last night at the La Forge restaurant and what an unforgettable experience! As a starter, I opted for a tasty salmon tartare while my companion enjoyed a cockle casserole with chorizo, two choices which immediately set the bar very high for the rest of the meal. The main courses did not disappoint: a rib-eye steak with potatoes for me, cooked to perfection, and a duck confit for my partner, simply exquisite. But beyond the delicious dishes, it was the atmosphere of the restaurant that really won us over. La Forge offers a truly incredible setting, mixing charm and conviviality, perfect for an evening as a couple or with friends. The highlight of the evening was when the chef came to our table at the end of service. His attentiveness to see if everything was okay was the icing on the cake of an already perfect evening. I highly recommend La Forge to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Paris. Impeccable service, a warm atmosphere and dishes to die for! We will return without hesitation."
