Way too expensive for what it is!
The meat is good, but it was given to us whole (we expected at least thin slices) and the grill must not have been cleaned for a while! In fact, it gives an unpleasant burnt taste.
On the other hand, I find that the chalets are original

On the other hand, we waited 1 hour 10 minutes to eat pierrade and raclette (we were only the 2nd table in the room, knowing that the 1st was a couple).
As for the 1 hour wait to be served, this was not our first try but I would have thought that over the years it would have improved, but no!
Delicious meat from the pierrade and in good quantities + fries, salad and sauces, top! No complaints.
Raclette as much as you want in THEORY, in practice this is not the case. The cheese does not follow and the trays are less full and you have to wait for the cheese to be cut (very thin for reasons of economy perhaps) and if there are no more potatoes, you have to wait again 10/15 minutes.
In the end, there was less raclette than at home where it is not unlimited.....

Food and atmosphere at the top, service a little less, it was still OK but with a few small deviations such as simply placing the bottle of wine on the table without serving it.
Otherwise it remains a good restaurant where we will return.
