La Halle aux Grains sur Vernon

26/05/2024: After reading various positive and negative comments about this restaurant, we made the decision to rely on our judgment alone. Today I understand the comments from both sides. Indeed, the portions are not large for the price displayed, but if you make your reservation via the Thefork application, you have 30% off à la carte and you end up with correct prices. I took the duck with asparagus, so certainly for me it was a little bland and I prefer my way of cooking asparagus, but you have to know how to respect the work and the bias of everyone in the kitchen and the dish was very good executed, the cooking was impeccable and it was very good since I finished my plate. We had a pavlova for dessert a ++ for the delicious meringue (crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside) and the coconut-flavored mascarpone cream, I loved it! So thank you to the 14 team who go out of their way for their customers, continue to work hard to give people pleasure and don't stay on your achievements, try to evolve to be even better and erase the little downsides that we read in some comments. You are capable of it with the young and dynamic team that I saw in the kitchen.

26/05/2024: Before anything, very good, original and tasty cuisine. The chef and the staff are very friendly yet the service is very professional. Very good atmosphere. I do highly recommend.
