A farandole of dishes, each more delicious than the last, mixing local products, originality and virtuosity from a team gathered around an accessible Chef, who takes great care of your taste buds and your well-being. A feast for the eyes and the palate served by an efficient, attentive and caring host. The land and sea menu was brilliant and went well beyond the promise. The plant-based menu was exceptional. An explosion of flavors and textures. A very pleasant surprise. And yes, so it is possible. The icing on the cake, in all simplicity, our server offered us a tour of the magical cellar and the Kitchen where the Chef did us the honor of introducing his team. Yet we were no one. Just first-time customers in a gourmet restaurant. Many thanks for these precious moments. A dream was born for me, an internship in the kitchen to learn how to make and remake one of these wonderful vegetable bites or this magical egg for friends.
