Very unfortunately The experience was catastrophic, welcome, service, staff, except the security agent of Senegalese origin and the valet, the rest go your way don't go there especially not the high prices compared to a quality more than mediocre, for example all the dishes which some were supposed to arrive hot arrived frozen, request for a simple coke zero it took more than 15 minutes to receive it after three reminders to the staff so that I could obtain it, etc. ......., detestable place to ban from your outings!!!!!Paris has no shortage of magnificent and customer-friendly places, and I go out more than 3 times a week at least in all the restaurants in France and abroad for over thirty years!!!

A legendary Parisian place that has retained all its charm. The plates are a little sparse but the quality is impeccable. The staff is smiling, attentive and efficient while maintaining the right balance of friendliness.

Le Robinet d'Or

17/05/2024: Great welcome, remarkable service, excellent cuisine: 5A andouillette with whole-grain mustard and Rossini duck Parmentier followed by an assortment of cheese. Thank you to the whole team, I recommend this restaurant.
04/04/2024: We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even coping with my very bad French! Breakfast was really nice with fresh orange juice, pastries and a great selection of breads and cheese. We had dinner one night and the lamb was really great. Also had drinks on another night and the negroni was really well made. Really liked the touches such as complimentary bottles of water in reception to take to the room or for the day - small things like this really help make a stay. Location was really convenient for line 7 on the metro and shops and other cafes/restaurants.

24/03/2024: Amazing experience, hotel staff are lovely and very helpful! Great location and always nice to get little treats at turndown service.
14/03/2024: A beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris near many attractions and great shopping! You can walk to anything. At checkin, was told my room wasn't ready and we could pay $50 euros a day to upgrade. Seemed like a bait and switch. This was our first time in Europe. Then we are given our room key on the first floor and pointed in a direction. We thought the first floor was on the ground level but the first floor is up one level. Lesson learned! The two gray cats are so soft and welcoming but the front concierge is not. The daily breakfast buffet is a highlight! Great selections and delicious food!! Our driver to the airport was furious when the bellhop did not help load our luggage in to the vehicle to return to the airport. Not the service we expected! Train your employees to be better and you will have a 5-star hotel.
