The products are good, fortunately for a MOF. But from a human perspective it's really not that great. He stops the tour from village to village, but he is not able to warn his customers in the RL. While every two months he shows his ganache in the RL.

It's a very good bakery I recommend

If you love French pastries, French bread, just French everything... just go. If you can't go to Paris, come here. It's the best of the best in Forbach. Expect long lines outside of the bakery. But the staff do try to serve you quickly. And even better you pay cash infront of you with the money collecting machines. So there is no personal exchange of cash. It is best if you know how to speak French. But they are also okay with you pointing at what you want. Baguettes -they have so many different kinds. You will need to specify what you want. Point if you have to. Croissants -they have regular size and ginormous sizes (size of a human head, no joke!). They also have raspberry croissant -incredible tasting! Bring a sturdy bag for your to-go purchases. Once you see what they have to offer, you will want to buy the whole store! Purchase items to go -it's cheaper than dining in. Be warned parking is horrible there. Your only option is to park across the street at Grand Frais.

Good bakery but unfortunately not a huge choice of pastries

Excellent discovery in Forbach and I would return there with my eyes closed. The bakery opens early, there is a large selection of pastries. I loved the principle of choosing your filling for the sandwich and then we put it in the bread you want, this was a first, it's a change from ready-made sandwiches that stay in the window for a whole day and lose their freshness . There is a choice in the éclairs, for my part the salted butter éclair was a treat.

It's been a long time since I've been back, I'm just passing through. But I didn't miss one, it's great!! Everything is appetizing and succulent. Super welcoming staff. The impeccable tea room. Well done !!!

I just bought pastries for the first time. Excellent! A real taste of chocolate, vanilla... Everything is very well presented, plenty of choice. On the other hand, the lady who served me... I really annoyed her! Really unfriendly. Too bad for a bakery like this.

It's a more than perfect place, the girls are very friendly and above all the bread and pastries are absolutely worth discovering. You will enjoy. Part 5 years back to basics, always on top thank you, I missed you happy to find quality bread and+++++. 😘👍
