Very good little restaurant.
We had made reservations (absolutely necessary as there weren't very many seats), but due to traffic jams on the route we were an hour late. We called and were warmly welcomed, even though the kitchen was supposed to be open. Food, aperitif and wine were excellent.

Excellent restaurant at the foot of the castle. Regional specialties. Very good morel crust and veal with morels. As a starter, frog puff pastry and pan-fried foie gras, a delight.
Nice room upstairs. The welcome is great.

It's always a real treat from start to finish. A warm welcome, tasty dishes, impeccable service and a very affordable price. You can go there with your eyes closed you will not be disappointed A special mention for the crispy frogs and the scallops Perfect cooking

Another excellent time spent at La Pause Gourmande, the little white wine as an absolutely perfect aperitif, the divine carp fry as usual, and what about the desserts? A pure delight 😋😋😋 If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate, it’s a must-see 👍👍👍
