La Pizza sur Vedene

We celebrated Mother's Day at La Pizza restaurant and our experience was overall very positive. First of all, access to the restaurant is very easy with ample parking available, which is very convenient. The welcome was excellent: the staff received us with a smile and were available for any information, which really added a pleasant touch to our evening. The restaurant room is large, and although we did not have the opportunity to see it at full capacity, it would be interesting to check if the noise remains reasonable when it is full. A small downside to note: there was no air conditioning inside (broken?). This made the atmosphere a little hot despite the openings but bearable. However, it is possible to eat outside, which is a good alternative. The menu is well detailed and the products are quality. The cocktails are excellent, especially the one specially concocted for Mother's Day, with good sparkling wine, crème de cassis, raspberries and fresh basil leaves. As for the dish, we were won over. The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious, as was the salmon. The pizzas, served in a mezzo formula (1/2 pizza version with salad), were very good and well garnished. The pizza dough may seem a little soft or undercooked to some, but personally, I found it perfect. The desserts were simply to die for. The Nutella French toast was generous and moist, and the pavlova was very tasty. Regarding hygiene, the restaurant is very clean and the staff is attentive to the smallest detail. I accidentally dropped my knife and it was replaced instantly without me having to ask, which is very professional. Finally, the touch of digestive was very pleasant. I recommend without hesitation that you try this restaurant.

A great place, whether it was the pizzas, the staff or the service, it was top notch. The dynamic and smiling waiter at the start of the service and when the terrace was full his mood remained the same. The bartender is also top notch. The pizzas, cocktails and the meat platter were excellent. The room is large and well decorated. We came yesterday and I will definitely go back!

The pizzas are quite good, I personally find the dough undercooked, but it suited the 3 other people at the table. The service is quality, with a smile. Pleasure. A bit noisy.

The kitchen is well done. The service is quality. The welcome is pleasant. There is a choice between pizzas, but also between prepared meals. The price-quality ratio is very good. I come regularly and I am not disappointed.

To make a pizza, nothing could be simpler and better at home. The dough is too soft, too bad. You need to use more fine semolina so that it is crispier. T00 or 45 flour, olive oil and sourdough, a pinch of salt. This is how I do it and 1 to 2 hours of rising and garnishing as desired.
