Fine meal... quality modern cuisine which avoids feeling a little heavy upon leaving...
High cost considering the dishes consumed
The prawns (3) are more like shrimp but of good quality
€8 for 15? cl from Côte de Provence: this wine is as expensive as a Bandol!
Overall, a rather positive contrasting impression despite the note!

A very beautiful sea view from bedroom 8 with terrace on the 2nd floor. Simple, functional and pretty room, very comfortable bedding. Impeccable, fine and rather original dinner. Perfect execution. Very good cocktails, exquisite chestnut cream rum baba. Perfect welcome. Not to mention the setting and decor of the dining rooms, terrace, patio, very nice. Breakfast very good.

I tried the Sunday brunch at 11:30 a.m. Very beautiful place. Well stocked and fresh buffet. Special mention to the truffle croque monsieur and pistachio tiramisu. Excellent coffee and impeccable service from Inès who was very kind and attentive. Lots of choice between cold buffet, cold meats, cheese, hot, seafood, sweet and desserts.

Je ne vais pas commenter les chambres mais le restaurant testé en juin 2023. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les plats dégustés même si on aurait aimé un peu plus de quantité. On a apprécié de pouvoir aller faire un tour sur le rooftop au soleil couchant et couché. L'endroit est top mais gare aux moustiques en cette saison..

Ristorante d’hotel moderno ed elegante, in un piccolo borgo marinaro circondato da stagni e antiche saline.
Menu non troppo vario ma di tendenza, con ostriche e piatti di pesce cucinati con attenzione e buoni accostamenti.
Atmosfera molto piacevole e conto un po’ sopra la media.
