La Table d'Olivier Leflaive sur Puligny-Montrachet

A great discovery, we had an excellent lunch. Inventive cuisine and a cheerful serving team. What more.

When you arrive on the square, you can only see the magnificent stone facade of the establishment. Warm welcome, we are asked for our jackets.. At the table, chic atmosphere. A gigantic wine cellar is nestled in the center of the room. Possibility of tasting 3 or 7 wines with all the explanations from the sommelier 🍷 We had reservations for lunch time. Proposal of a casserole menu alone or to share and a bistro menu at 40€/pers. We opt for this second menu which is 100% from Burgundy terroir with pan-fried Burgundy snails with new potatoes with parsley, Poultry Supreme and unstructured lemon-hazelnut tart. We had a blast. Very good value for money. Very pretty setting since it is in the heart of Pulligny Montrachet, a short walk in the vineyards afterwards 🌞

Nestled in a lovely little street within Puligny-Montrachet is the still family run Olivier Leflaive. I had heard about their wines, and was plesantly surprised to find the charming hotel and fantastic restraurant, Klima. We stayed in December, and while many of the attractions that the hotel can book for you were too cold to do, I love that they offer these wonderful packages including a bike tour and picnic and tour of the cellers. We did get to enjoy a 4-wine pairing with our dinner, which we very much enjoyed. If you are doing a tour of the region, this is an excellent stop to ad to your list!

J'ai passé un bon moment ici ✨ La suite avec une vue magnifique sur l'automne, C'était parfait. Je ne sais vraiment pas pourquoi cet endroit n'est pas 5 étoiles, mais 4 étoiles ! Cet endroit est parfait ! Si vous venez ici, je vous recommande de déguster un plat de cours avec du vin au restaurant klima. 너무 아름다운 공간이에요:)

Petit message pour une équipe exceptionnellement agréable! La table mériterait une étoile au guide michelin. La chambre était également au top. Continuez ainsi !

We did the wine tasting and then lunch. Both experiences were fantastic. We particularly appreciated the implication of the owner in showing us his cellars.

Just close to all grand cru Burgundy vineyards, Olivier Leflaife has created a wonderful small hotel and restaurant.

Un immense merci à toute l'équipe de l'établissement Olivier Leflaive et surtout à Sophie. Professionnelle, réactive, très sympathique, elle sera aux petits soins pour l'organisation de vos séminaires. C'est une véritable perle. Un vrai plus pour ce bel établissement. Si il y avait eu 6 étoiles je l'aurai mis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel de très grand charme. Une demeure particulièrement soignée et décorée où il fait bon (re)venir. Un personnel attentionné sans être étouffant. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement le restaurant Klima qui est une vraie expérience des sens.

Fantastic family owned winery in Puligny-Montrachet. I’ve done the tour of the vineyard and it was super interesting to understand the difference between the different appellations. They also have got the hotel and restaurant (bistrot for lunch and Klima gourmand for the evening). Very friendly and passionate staff ❤️
