The €59 menu is very good. The service is pleasant. The only false note is the St Joseph red wine by the glass, which is worth waiting for to be served in this restaurant.

Very pleasant welcome, very efficient and smiling staff. The Easter brunch offers a large savory and sweet choice, however it lacks plants (no or few vegetables). A little more salad or something else would have been welcome (during the period of the first asparagus or artichokes). The whole brunch is excellent however, the foie gras fabulous, as well as the seafood not to mention the dessert buffet, delicious. I give 4 stars just for the lack of plants in my opinion.

The LA TABLE restaurant is located in the Ermitage hotel, Evian resort. The parking lot is that of the hotel. The Sunday brunch at 65 euros is a real treat, very varied and magnificent. You will serve yourself pastries, starters, side dishes, cheese and desserts and you will be served meat and fish. Various fruit juices, coffee and herbal teas are included. Only wines and champagne are extra at very affordable prices. The place is superb with a terrace and a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva.

Everything is very good. Very nice brunch, lots of choice for all tastes. Very pleasant and available staff in a warm, cozy atmosphere.
