Beautiful place, intimate, pleasant.
Quality service, with a smile and perfect knowledge of what we had on our plates and glasses.

Everything is perfect. The welcome, very professional and the service very efficient.
This is the fifth time I have come to this restaurant and I am surprised every time. And never disappointed. The chef always surpasses himself and always renews himself.
Marc Briant's cuisine is unique. The research, accommodation and presentation of the dishes are out of the ordinary.
The quality/price ratio is very good. I highly recommend.

We all had a blast! 5 people including 3 super gourmet children. A special mention for the dish with the sea bass perfectly balanced in flavors, colors and textures. The children liked the pigeon less (maybe their palate is too young!?). At the end a small ball of anise and yuzu closed this journey of flavors. A general disappointment, the bread!

Surprise
Nous sommes allés manger aujourd'hui à midi. Sur Internet, il était indiqué qu'il y avait un menu de midi avec des huîtres pochées et du poisson.
Quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait plusieurs grands menus et le menu de midi, mais ce dernier n'était pas décrit. Nous l'avons quand même commandé... il n'y avait pas le menu du site Internet.... mais nous n'avons pas été déçus et justement parce que je ne mange pas de viande ni de volaille. Le repas était un rêve....en plus, nos amis ont choisi pour nous un super vin blanc de savigny les Beaune. Le tout était un feu d'artifice de saveurs.
