Magnificent setting in the middle of the forest, restaurant with mountain view, delicious meals, new flavor, presentation of magnificent dishes deserves its star. The welcome and the wonderful staff. A wonderful dinner in a fantastic ambience.

A discovery for my wife and me at ARNSBOURG. Renowned acquaintances; our children we offered the Seniors Prestige Formula. Were planned per person: an aperitif with an appetizer, 4 courses, wines offered with the dishes, mineral water and coffee. In fact, big surprise... First impressions: SMILING welcome in a room decorated with CARE, view of a BUCOLIC park, room service and HIGH QUALITY sommelier with NATURAL smiles, ALL dishes were of IRREPROACHABLE presentation: CLASS! Dishes (per person): - 3 tasty little aperitifs: we were dazzled by their presentation (colors and shapes) but what a disappointment for the palate; NO flavor! - 1 poached oyster, green vanilla apple, trout roe, tamarind: a PLEASURE for the eyes and taste buds. Superb presentation! A good glass of Alsatian wine accompanied this appetizer - As a 1st starter: TASTY white asparagus with a DELICIOUS bacon crumble (very finely cut), a zabaglione with EXCELLENT burnt onion flavors and a Melfor condiment. Big downside for the latter: taste far too pronounced; annihilated all the other flavors - too bad -! A good glass of dry white wine was served to us. - As a 2nd starter: Ripened monkfish leaves with Indian spices and a Thai lemongrass parfait. A very pleasant and surprising surprise with flavors that we did not know. Certainly the taste of the monkfish was somewhat no longer present, but overall it was a GREAT SUCCESS. A fruity Luxembourgish white accompanied this leafy wine. - Lobster cappuccino: a KILLER for the taste buds - The dish: Duck breast (beautifully pink cooking) with a variation of Romanesco cabbage. The latter was composed of 3 DRIED tops, 2 CARBONIZED tops and a good puree (finally with the taste of Romanesco). A good glass of Rhône accompanied this dish. - The “parenthesis”: a very nice SURPRISE with varied flavors around rhubarb! - The dessert on the theme of chocolate: whether for the eyes WOW (take your breath away), for the attentions that make up this dish: an EXTRAORDINARY HAPPINESS for the palate! For us, the MOST SUCCESSFUL dish! - And finally the coffee: with the choice of sweets as VARIED as SUCCULENT Counting carefully: no less than 9 delicate touches were presented to us! Our opinion: The price is more than reasonable given the services. We recommend !

Excellent time spent at Arnsburg. Very good hotel, very pretty setting. Gourmet dinner at the restaurant: Very good cuisine, well presented, very pleasant and warm setting. The hotel and restaurant staff are perfect, very attentive, smiling and very pleasant.

Recent visit for the first time and to celebrate a birthday. A very classy restaurant in a green countryside setting. We were received warmly and with a smile. The team in the dining room, as in the kitchen, take care of their guests in every way, with respect, listening, friendliness and very good advice. A quality sommelier, very professional with humor and excellent advice. Flavors full of discoveries that will delight every taste bud, at every stage of the menu. A magical place with digital disconnection in permanent contact with nature. I highly recommend it for people who want to have fun, whether as a couple or as a family.
