The setting is very pleasant on the banks of the Charente. The menu is pleasant and original and everything is made on site with as many local products as possible. The dishes are relatively inventive. The cuisine is excellent. The service needs to be improved because it is approximate and slow. When we report it we respond in an inappropriate tone. The frame is very nice.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Atelier. The service was amazing and the staff friendly. We both had the soup appetizer. The soup was nicely spiced and flavorful. For my plat, I had the pork and my husband had the veal. Both dishes were very tender, the meat melted in your mouth. I will definitely go back the next time I am in Cognac.

Super repas le serveur et vraiment au top (Esteban) lui et le bar man son au petit soin, la cuisine et bijou le lieu est agréable on demande juste à revenir.

La cuisine est très bonne mais le service est perfectible (verres pas impeccables). La présentation des assiettes est très raffiné. Le faible choix à la carte est un gage de qualité et de fraîcheur. Le prix est assez élevé et l'absence de menu le weekend est assez décevant. Résultat : 4 personnes pour un samedi midi...

31/03/2024: Charming hotel in the heart of Cognac. New, clean and good facilities. Super comfortable bed and quiet room. Friendly staff and very good hotel restaurant To give it a drawback, it does not have parking and the hotel is on a pedestrian street There are two public and uncovered car parks nearby that have 1 hour free (you have to get a ticket) and then they have a ticket for €8 all day.
