Nice stay with an incredible breakfast. But this definitely wasn’t a 5 star hotel. Loads of little things were off, like no conditioner in room, tap fell off in the spa shower, we were called at 10.30pm by reception to ask if they could have our car keys because it was policy. Then in the morning we asked if we could go for a walk and leave our car and they said yes, only for us to come back and find a notice on our car saying we were parked without permission. Otherwise it was generally nice and rooms were big.

Could not have picked a better place to be near the historic part of town.

Attentive staff, we had a small heating problem during our stay and going down to the swimming pool 3 minutes after our call we came across a maintenance agent with whom we were able to speak. Everything is back to normal. Serious, professional and efficient staff.

Very good experience, we were very well received with a warm welcome. The service is perfect and very understandable. The staff is really nice, attentive. The quality of the rooms is very satisfactory. Small downside: noisy children can disrupt the quality of the stay.

If you want to have a drink in a nice place, with a warm welcome and quality service, and you like cocktails, This is where you should come, without hesitation

Personnel très accueillant et de très grandes compétences, un petit déjeuner de très grandes qualités avec beaucoup de choix. Un restaurant de très grandes qualités avec de magnifiques moules gratinées. Les chambres sont parfaites. Le personnel a toujours de bon conseil à donner pour les visites et il est d'une extrême gentillesse .

Nous sommes venu pour le brunch du dimanche, très belle présentation et très savoureux ! Beaucoup de choix. Et quel service ! Bravo à l équipe, agréable et attentionné à l image du responsable.

Beautiful and amazing view from balcony

Alors nous avons réservé pour un brunch un dimanche avec notre petite fille j'avais un coin de table dans la salle qui convenait tout ta fait pour la poussette les produits de qualité le Service pas au rendez-vous car ma copine a attendu pour avoir des verres pour le jus d'orange et le réapprovisionnement du buffet sais à la demande alors que une fois vide sa devrait être remplacé immédiatement pour satisfaire la clientèle mais dans l'ensemble on était très content pour la réservation pas rapport à l'espace pour la petite je recommande fortement nous reviendrons encore bravo pour l'équipe qui s'occupe du brunch.
