A fairly unmissable restaurant in Avignon in terms of the view it offers of the site. Right at the foot of the restaurant: The majestic Rhône. 150 m as the crow flies, the famous Avignon bridge which seems to float above the water and also, the Doms rock which overlooks this quite magical place. The terrace is very large. The dishes are good and fair in price (between €20 and €30). Pizzas are also served. For my part, I had a side of Aveyron pork, creamy peppers, sweet potatoes and an Ardéchoise ice cream.

Huge potential in the setting. An attentive end of service but lack of attention during the meal. Some dishes do not reach the correct temperature. An experience that doesn't necessarily make you want to go back. Damage

Drinks before dinner at the mini-golf and Tapas bars were fun. Table at the restaurant was alongside the Rhone…all perfect for the celebration of Canadian Mother’s Day

La Vieille Fontaine

12/05/2024: Soirée inoubliable Dîner dans une cour , sous un platane , près d une fontaine , la magie des lieux opère . Nous sommes parfaitement conseillés par la serveuse et le sommelier et nous profitons pleinement d un repas sublime . L amuse bouche à là poulpe est tout simplement délicieux . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
