Moulins, we stopped there, now I will stop there to have a great time at the Bistrot de Guillaume after a nice stroll in the city center and its cathedral. Thank you for this great gastronomic moment!

Guillaume's bistro is an excellent address. The meal is of very high quality as is the service. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.

Excellent restaurant with a very well done short menu. The veal blanquette in particular was absolutely delicious. Good wine choices also and friendly service.

18/03/2024: An excellent place. A gourmet moment. Each plate is a palette of colors. Bravo to the chef and his battery. A remarkable welcome and service. I highly recommend this place.
17/03/2024: High quality gastronomy address, thank you The scallops and foie gras as starters were really excellent, a presentation nothing to envy of the great known restaurants. I really loved this soft foie gras with red wine which is a change, I will really remember it The dishes are perfectly mastered as well as the cooking Bravo to the chef we will come back as soon as we are passing through. At mills. Very good poultry juice with honey a very nice wine list. The desserts are good, the pavlova is a treat. the Mont Blanc, a shame that fell on the plate. A waitress who is a bit stressful can be a shame But smiling. See you soon this summer

16/05/2024: Passing through Moulins, a great discovery for this restaurant, staff with a great smile, sophisticated cuisine, beautiful presentation on the plates, the taste is there. If you want to eat well, look no further. We highly recommend this restaurant.
14/05/2024: A very very good meal, really very friendly staff, we will come back, I highly recommend signing the Mâconnais
