Not possible to choose dishes to recommend they are not in the list. But we can suggest the snails, the foie gras with cocoa, sweetbreads and endive in caramel soy sauce, the lemon and seaweed pre-dessert (++++), the citrus dessert. The chef adapts to the tastes, desires and allergies of his customers. I recommend. The great service and the visit of the top chef.

Good address, with dishes with multiple flavors. For the drink, we took the 4 wine formula at €70/person: quality/price ratio on this point much lower than that of the meal.

We came with my wife at noon on 03/23/2024. A very beautiful room with a magnificent view of the vineyards and the coast. We then began an exceptional journey with dishes, some more imaginative than others, in an almost inexhaustible river of taste (and yet we "only" took the 5 Sensations menu!). All very delicate, mixing very Burgundian flavors with very refined Japanese aftertastes. This time, we had foie gras as a starter with a thin cocoa leaf in the middle to die for. Then cod with mussels placed on an unusual and super-tasty bed of sauerkraut-style turnips (which made us think of the brovade of Friuli, in Italy) followed by tender poultry to die for. The Mont-d'Or on raw ham is a marvel, a surprising and delicious pre-dessert of tea and a passion fruit emulsion, and the highlight of the show is a very original chocolate dome, washed down with coffee. Very good wine advice from the young sommelier and excellent service throughout. We've been here before... we'll definitely come back!

Food was excellent, great the chef Rudy Villien came to meet us. The team really made us feel welcome and made sure our two boys were well catered for. The wine, as you can imagine, was excellent - especially the two we drank from the vineyards close to the restaurant. The setting and views are spectacular - if you are in the area this is a must! Thank you the the team for a wonderful experience!
