We went to dinner at Choucas twice during our week of vacation. Everything was perfect. Very warm welcome and delicious cuisine. You can go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed.

This afternoon we had lunch after booking. And this is a real Opinion. The welcome is wonderful and very attentive with incredible kindness (which is rare these days). the smile of the owner and the team is free. A BIG THANK YOU FOR THIS PLEASANT MOMENT. With my fried flank steak I enjoyed it, tender and cooked just the way I like it. Gourmet coffee is incredibly great with Genepy. I will come back without hesitation and I recommend it to you. I am confident that you will not be disappointed.

07/04/2024: Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend. We had an excellent meal. The service was perfect. The owners are extremely welcoming.
05/04/2024: End of season card. Only two meat dishes or melted cheeses are offered during our visit with the invariable list of mountain specialties. A number of dishes are no longer available. One of the dishes was lamb but they couldn't tell us where it came from. Very disappointed by this reduced choice compared to what I had been told. Good wine list. The veranda terrace is a beautiful view point. The adjacent room where we were is very noisy which is a shame. Some of us were frankly bothered by the noise level. Decorative flame in the middle of the table, annoying for talking, seeing each other and helping yourself, heats the wine glasses and the bottle. We asked that this flame be evacuated.
