Change of ownership which is crazy. Refined and delicious cuisine. Well presented dishes. We enjoyed ourselves. We had a good time with the family. Just one thing to improve the wait. We will return. I highly recommend.

Le Clos Normand Saint Aubin sur mer: change of ownership and it’s a real revelation. Smile and warmth upon arrival, we are at ease, no intrusion but the “Chef” and the staff will take you on board. Delicious light finish, simple and fresh products just sublimated. Attention paid to people with food allergies. Now obvious on the coast. ❤️

Waiting too long between each course and fortunately the waiters are attentive, however a commercial gesture could have been made to offer a digestive and a coffee....because we had a salad and a dessert. Between the two more than 30 minutes.

Magnificent setting facing the sea. Team available, pleasant, competent and attentive. We had our meals at the on-site restaurant and the carefully presented dishes were delicious, extra fresh and homemade. Our room with a sea view was impeccable. The only downside was the narrowness of the bathroom but we knew that. The sea wall with the pretty Normandy villas, the beach with direct access and the proximity to tourist sites make this hotel restaurant a safe bet which aims for quality.. To be tested without hesitation

It's a very nice hotel.... But obviously the best is yet to come because it will be completely renovated. The location is perfect, facing the sea, 1 minute walk. You must book in advance. Victim of his own success. The staff is still getting their bearings because the change of ownership is recent, but they are really dynamic and friendly. The owners take great care. And the icing on the cake. The cuisine is gourmet and so delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant, it's tasty, well seasoned... excellent! I'm going to go back!

Neighboring Clos Normand, I went there with a friend. Friendly welcome, wonderful location of the Restaurant facing the sea. Very nice dishes, missing one or two menus, everything is a la carte. Most of the dishes are on a large slate which is not very accessible when you are at the back of the room, it would be good to put small individual slates so that you can take the time to choose. A lot of effort to do good in terms of service, but also a lot of unnecessary chatter in front of customers, discretion should be improved. Thanks to the owner for the little favor he gave me with the bottle of water. He will surely remember. Encouragement to the whole team. I'll be back.
