Disappointed with this restaurant. I expected better from this restaurant. I thought I would find all the ingredients of a good brasserie there and I just found everything from a soulless restaurant chain. In addition, when ordering a Norman Burger I expected to have a good piece of Camembert in the burger... I'm still looking for it. The cooking levels of the meat still need to be reviewed by the cook. We order medium rare and rare is blue. Not counting the burger bun; a real rusk. The salad that comes with no sauce. In short, I will not repeat my experience.

28/05/2024: A place with a very cozy “Factory” decor with beautiful and comfortable furniture. The background music was a little loud and the service a little slow but very friendly. Excellent cuisine and beautiful compositions on the plates. A very pleasant place!
22/05/2024: Very nice, clean, beautiful place, very good food, delicious cocktails, great karaoke atmosphere, we loved it and we will return for sure 😁👍

31/03/2024: The sea couscous is amazing. Fresh fish, mussels and a very large pink shrimp. Carrots and zucchini are firm, to be tested
20/03/2024: He saves me from a bad evening with their neighbors. Warm and charming welcome. Simple but varied and original menu. Fast service and a skate wing cooked to perfection. A perfect homemade caramelized pineapple tart to finish. I will definitely come back during my next event at Mers les Bains THANKS
