Very easy to access lounge and you might as well come here and enjoy a comfortable seat instead of being frozen on the terrace in front of the station. Big downside: impossible to connect to wifi since 2024 even though it is obligatory for this kind of place.

Forgotten my Samsung TabS3 tablet on March 31, 2024 around 3:15 p.m. at the frequent traveler lounge at Gare de Lyon. Impossible to find a phone number to contact them! Thanks for your feedback

Large lounge but inevitably very busy. The hostesses are very kind in welcoming us. On the other hand, it would be fashionable to provide shoes for tourists who dare to go barefoot in the middle of winter, feet on benches and the like. Long live the smells! We are far from the image conveyed by the standing of this salon.

The place is nice and pleasant. It's a good thing to offer this kind of space for travelers. A few downsides: a little small for the crowds and when there is a problem, very little responsiveness. For example today (February 28) the entrance doors are blocked and no initiative (no action from the system to disengage the door / 2 technicians come after an hour to change a battery then leave.... ). Damage.

Victim of his own success !!! Very comfortable and pleasant. More than efficient service. Self-service coffee and other drinks! Only Journals are more difficult to obtain currently... Victim of its own success...

Appreciable but the toilets are often very dirty. Damage !!!

Grand salon, j’y vais tôt donc jamais bondé. Boissons. Toilettes propres. En revanche encore ce matin 9h la personne est seule à l’accueil donc n’a pas pu mettre en place les journaux. Pas de journaux ni magazines.
