The bartenders, the infernal duo Yvan and Zoé who create a very good atmosphere, Steve, Charlotte, Pauline and a new kid Mathéo. Very gracious, very efficient, very professional bartenders. Being a regular, I learned very recently that they had a tip jar because we forget them. On the server side, there is Philippe, Paul, my little Sacha, Lucas, Jean-Michel the joker. Serious servers, on whom you can count on their judgment. I present to the Patron of the Marquesas my previous opinion because it only concerned 02 people but not all the members of the Marquesas. 02 people who lied. Regarding the cuisine, everything is more than perfect, very generous at really reasonable prices. The new presentation of the menus and drinks are impeccable. I have read reviews concerning poor cleanliness, these people have simply forgotten that the establishment is cleaned regularly but customers come in, go out, a lot of people but I can assure you that everything is clean, nothing to say about the hygiene. On the other hand, I do not tolerate a kind of blackmail which puts a person in a false position by these 02 people, there is already one of whom I have a lot of esteem but all this prevents me, from now on, from lunch at Diégo's as I had discussed with a director and I am really sorry about that. Lying can go very far, when one of these people had no reason to complain or insult me.
