Just one question: why is it not recommended by the Michelin guide? Reduced menu, homemade, old-fashioned French cuisine but also revisited with a lot of modernity! Restaurant discovered via Google during our visit to Saint Claude, we were ENCHANTED. Firstly, we were lucky enough to be able to eat as a couple even though we hadn't made a reservation. What luck because the success being there, it is better to reserve. Then the welcome, the advice, the explanations are done with great kindness, perfect honesty and with a smile. The dishes are known and we do not encourage consumption. It's a real plus. Little extra, the towels are organic degradable! But above all, what can we say about the cuisine and the dishes! A delight. I, who had never eaten sweetbreads, tried it and frankly I LOVED it. Trout gravelax with citrus fruits, a treat too... The cuisine is homemade, made with quality products but above all we feel that the chef loves cooking, eating and cherishes his good products. Everything is presented in a very elegant manner. So it's true that the bill is expensive but frankly it's worth it and that's normal when you see the quality of the dishes and the work that must go into it. I prefer to eat out less often and pay a little more for quality. In short, I highly recommend, but above all I thank the restaurant team for this excellent time.
