29/11/2023: Establishment based on bistro de Pays. We expect to eat Picardy or even northern PDC dishes. Corsican cuisine is good but for example the andouillette casserole is in reality a potato casserole with little andouillette. On reflection very expensive for this dish. In some brasseries, for a lower price, a whole andouillette is served with its accompaniment. Certainly at the end we are no longer hungry because it is plentiful but not original in the end. This day no atmosphere only 3 Pax and even with the attention of the boss the heat remains low. A posteriori and judging only the required criteria we must not cast opprobrium.
