Le P'tit Bouchon sur Magny-En-Vexin

I share the same opinion as Alex Malino. Arrived at 1 p.m. on a Sunday, last minute reservation 3 adults / 3 children. Welcome without more. Full restaurant, 2 servers. At first glance I thought the service would be long but as adults we could wait. When placing an order we ask if children can be served as a priority. Dish: Chicken tarragon Pdt. No problem, the cook is used to it, we are told. We had ordered later, some people had a starter, others didn't, etc. The first starter already arrives very late...and the children are still not served....I'm starting to get impatient and exhausted. .we ask for the dishes again and there the waitress (in this case) literally makes a scandal to us in the middle of the room in an unacceptable tone that everything is timed that we hadn't been waiting for an hour for the dishes that were there a starter and that the children were not served finally... in short....useless discussion, the tone rises the second waiter says that he is sorry but afterwards tells us that it is of no use to us let's cause a scandal and stop there. Finally the children's dishes arrive at 2 p.m. after those of the adults. We had our dessert and left, no goodbyes apart from the cook. No action from management. Avoid if you want to have a good time with your family. I would add that the food was good, nothing more. The comments below should be taken into account. Poor communication between the kitchen and the dining room team who are under staff.

Very happy to have found this great restaurant on the way to Giverny! We ate very well, fatty times and delicious meats. Consider making a stop there. Pleasant service

Beautiful address in this small town where we were passing through. The dishes are prepared with fresh produce and are tasty and original. The service is impeccable and the decor pleasant. To recommend.

What a great discovery this establishment is located out of time due to its location on a pretty little square set back from traffic and due to its decoration where varnished wood is predominant right down to the beams on the ceilings. But beyond the eyes it is the taste buds which are feasted, everything was very good and very fine from the appetizers to the dessert including the starter and the main course. Go there without hesitation but it's safer to book. As for me, I will return there very quickly.

Very nice place and nicely decorated. Delicious food. And service as charming as it is efficient. The kind of place that leaves a very good memory. New move in 2023: the restaurant has apparently chosen to move upmarket. It's still good but more expensive. And we have to eat something when we get home. Damage
