Excellent cuisine and very good service. Quite noisy room, too bad, I can't wait for the terraces behind to be open. Price-wise: really quality dishes, but €45 without aperitifs and wine...

While passing through Niort on a gray day, we found this restaurant and what a pleasant surprise! Delicious and aesthetic cuisine (perfect cooking of the duck! + an excellent tartare). A must-see in Niort! + a large choice of natural wines. THANKS !

A beautiful address that we would like to find more often. Rare at this price level, the starter - main course - dessert menu at 21 euros demonstrates inventiveness and research, such as a tasty starter of baked carrots full of flavor. The waitresses are friendly and the setting is really very nice. You just need to check the price of the nice little wines on offer before ordering, so as not to have any surprises when you pay the bill. Overall, a restaurant that does honor to the profession and to the city of Niort.

The dishes were tasty, cooked with precision, special mention for the delicious pistachio dessert
On the other hand, the quantities are not there, especially for dishes at 25 euros, we expect a little more garnish in particular
Finally a bill of 112 euros for 2 to sit on a high table, the quality/quantity/price ratio is not there

Passing through Niort, with a very short connection time, we regret not having had more time to prolong the pleasure that we felt both on the plate and in this perfectly decorated place. The staff was very attentive and very professional. Knife tartare and roasted squid are a must-try.

What more could you ask for for such a price (main course + dessert: 18 euros).
Absolutely no complaints: helpful, friendly and professional staff. The service was quick.
Concerning the cuisine, it was tasty, elaborate and well presented.
