Le Romarin sur Cassis

02/04/2024: The sun of Cassis, its port, a pleasant little restaurant with really nice waiters. A very good moment.

26/03/2024: We were quickly seated. The places are limited and very narrow (really!) but the atmosphere (design + geographical location) counterbalances it. The cocktails were very good. However, we waited a really long time between each service (2 dishes + 1 menu...almost 3 hours there). The waitress is dynamic but maybe that doesn't follow in the kitchen? The dishes were plentiful and the fries were very good. Downside for the steak full of sinew and fat and that the knives were poorly washed. Finally, the toilet paper was missing and the floor should be washed during service.
