How can you not appreciate such a culinary journey carefully prepared by chef Nathan and commented at each stage by Solen. Captivating, disconcerting, we let ourselves be carried away into this universe as extraordinary as the way of working with vegetables and its accompaniments. 2-star Chefs had better watch out. Thank you again it was perfect we will come back.

A great experience full of nuances and precision. Les reflections is truly a restaurant like no other where you almost feel like you're in the kitchen and where the chef takes the time to explain everything to you. I loved the cooking of the pollack, the lightly smoked pigeon and its curry sauce, the mixture of passion fruit ice cream and honey-scented mousse, the smoked egg.... Truly a unique experience not to be missed. The only downside is that it's a shame that the reservation is so complicated and cumbersome with its reminder system.

In short, the chef seems to have come straight out of the Hogwarts cooking option and takes us, poor muggles, on his magical journey without having to go through route 9.3/4.
