What party..! Coming with friends who were already familiar with the restaurant Le Sauvage, I expected a good time... but no! The exceptional... A cocktail of magnificent flavors with Yohan, a very talented young chef, superb wines and very friendly and attentive service. Not to miss. I will definitely come back and very soon..! And thank you to Julien the owner for his warm welcome.

Excellent food, the chef is the best to match vegetables and fish / meat and the host is on top. Excellent, young chef at the top. Very mastered dish with an incredible combination of flavors

I came on March 15, 2024 for the evening service. The dishes were very good, there is a balance on the plate that we take pleasure in appreciating. The welcome is warm whether it is the owner who is passionate about wine, or the waitress who is very kind. They take the time to explain to us what is in the glasses or on the plates. I recommend !

Excellent experience of the Ffancesa “Bistronomia”. It has been quite a culinary journey of French food at an affordable price. It offers a menu of finely prepared dishes, with top quality and finely fused products. My « coup de cœur » were the prawn ravioli as a starter and the Angus beef as a main. The boss (Julien) also offers his experience in wine pairing with each dish, which makes the experience more welcoming. Definitely; I will be back!

17/01/2024: Great night ! We chose the 6-course discovery menu around Kobe beef, the dishes were all succulent (special mention for the caviar/Kobe tartare which was incredible) the combination of dishes was perfect, the meat literally melted in your mouth! On the other hand, I didn't like the dessert part (black lemon parfait), it's a shame there wasn't another choice to make it flawless. Apart from that everything was very good, impeccable service too, we will come back for sure!
13/01/2024: New Year's Eve dinner: Me and my partner decided to eat at Aunts Jeanne for the New Year, The welcome was warm, the food and wine selection was exceptional and my partner's meal was very good. However, I was a little disappointed with my proposed vegetarian menu, I didn't have the menu in advance so it was a complete discovery, the first starter was exceptional, I loved it! On the other hand, the rest was really meh... Summary: sprouts in salad, celery that was too hard, and a revisited risotto without any real flavor and I had to ask for extra truffle because I found that for the price my dishes were not up to par. On the other hand, the desserts were delicious! Being a former resident of Aunts Jeanne, I had very high expectations because I know what they are capable of! Otherwise apart from this, don't hesitate to come and give your own opinion, it's worth it

19/05/2024: This restaurant made me realize that French gastronomy is really exciting. I ate some prawns, a lobster and for dessert the norvégienne omlette. To cry with joy. My girl ordered the foie and calamari and they were also spectacular. 100% recommended and also economical for what it is.
