Le Swan sur Boulogne-Sur-Mer

Une très bonne adresse à retenir dans la vieille ville fortifiée. Rapport qualité-prix très satisfaisant. Les moules ont été livrées devant nous, donc niveau fraîcheur vous ne pouvez pas trouver mieux. Rien à redire non plus du côté des crustacés (crevettes et huîtres). Pour les amateurs de fromages, les moules au maroilles sont excellents, des morceaux de fromages coulants vous séduiront.

Very friendly welcome. Disappointed with the dishes. The thyme sea bass was good but the garnish (potato and vegetable julienne) was not the first freshness! Roquefort mussels: the mussels were very small and not very fleshy. The grilled salmon steak was very good. Very average value for money but compensated by the friendly welcome.

Only positive. A very warm welcome and service. A rental that transposes you directly into time, into a nostalgia for times of yesteryear. Great time. Excellent cuisine! The tender and well-seasoned meat, also the fish served with rice and a vegetable cream sauce. A true delight. A white lady as sweetness, nothing better to end the evening. Excellent value!

An ideal restaurant if you want a quiet moment in a cozy atmosphere. We had a very pleasant time this afternoon. The service was very warm, attentive to different requests. The mussel dishes are hearty, very affordable and above all delicious!

Our time at Le Swan was uninspiring. For starter we ordered the Fruit-de-mer, a dish we found to be considerably lacking in variety and one that certainly fell short of our expectations. While the seafood was flavoursome, we expected a wider assortment. There were not enough side plates provided for waste shells resulting in a messy start to our evening! Moving on to mains and the moules mariniere which would be appropriate to describe as totally overcooked. With the arrival of the sea bass I was given the appalling sight of tinned vegetables on my plate. When dining at a restaurant one expects a certain standard to be met, which was sadly not the case here. The fish itself was nicely cooked. Our experience took a more positive outlook on the entrance of our desserts. I myself found the cafe gourmand and banana split unrivalled with both being well presented. The cheese board was generous. As for the quality of service, we found this to be fluctuating, with unacceptable periods of waiting time. As for the decor of the restaurant think brown, beige and more beige. This is an apt setting for bland food.

Very friendly welcome and service. We chose mussel dishes (chicken and Roquefort sauce) and it was not very good. Not bad, but not good either. For dessert, the homemade chocolate mousse is not very good either. In short, it helped us out a lot, we enjoyed spending some time there, but it's far from the best mussels and the best chocolate mousse we've eaten!

Excellent. Great welcome especially with children aged 4 years and 20 months which is not the case with all restaurants.

I have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. The welcome is very warm and the lady who takes care of it is very smiling. The food is really very good, I really recommend this restaurant!
