Le Trauquet sur Carcassonne

A great lunch in the sun on the Trauquet terrace. We all took the “Trauquet” menu. The starter (foie gras) and the main course (duck and entrecôte) were really very good and plentiful. A little disappointed with the taste of the pancakes for dessert... There is a menu for €14.90 which looked very good too. We recommend this restaurant during your trip to Carcassonne. The waitresses were pleasant.

Three people came for lunch. We waited a while before the waitress came to take our order. Despite this wait in the cold, because unfortunately the weather was not in our favor with a north wind and a few showers, the meal was very good. The €15 menu was complete, inexpensive and very enjoyable, even if the starter could have been slightly more substantial, but that's just a detail 😉. No, nothing to say, the quality of the cassoulet was very good, as was the desert to finish well. In addition, the waitresses were very pleasant, they suggested that we go inside, when a table became available, in order to get warm. I recommend this restaurant.

Friendly and pleasant waitress. Menu at €14.90 with starter, main course and dessert: very good value for money. Excellent gizzard salad; and good cassoulet. For a lunch break it’s perfect!

I wasn't lucky enough to eat, but I was lucky enough to have an incredible piña colada cocktail, with very good ingredients and also asking to see firsthand how they prepare it for you. A very nice and cozy place. Friendly and very professional staff.
