What a charming place! Very familiar, very intimate… wow, I thought it was amazing! I got the full menu (starter + main + dessert) along with a glass of wine. Zero defects! Everything is very tasty, l.

Attention Taurus! Forget Paris, you are in the South West, from the starter (foie gras) to the dessert (vanilla soufflé with black cherry jam) including the veal axoa (pronounce achoa of course!) Quality dishes, successful and refined dishes: we forget the simple “troquet” and we dive into bistronomy. This is where the problem lies. Prices soar quickly, especially when the menu becomes a menu of supplements … Small downside not on the quality but on the rather light quantity of meat in the axoa. A big plus for the smiling, friendly, professional waiter.

In the 15th in the Basque country! Lost in the middle of the 15th, far from the shops and the hustle and bustle of the main streets of this Parisian district, we arrive in the southwest. A bistro decor and its local atmosphere will immediately put you at ease. The map sends you 1000 km further for a regional taste journey with Iberian accents. Classics but also dishes to discover like this great discovery: Axoa: Veal, onions, garlic, sweet green peppers, and especially Espelette pepper of course. Delicious, delicate and gourmet. Be careful, however, not to get carried away by the supplements! A menu is a menu and the supplement has no place there, it must slide onto the menu so as not to slip up, at the risk of being "taxed": very good but a little expensive.

Formule à 38euro entrée plat dessert. Bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage que le civet de sanglier n'était pas assez assaisonné.

Belle table comme je les aime. Généreuse avec des plats de saison, de bons vins au verre, une ambiance d'habitués . Foie gras mi cuit parfait en entrée et colvert gratin dauphinois à suivre. Le tout arrosé d'un Bordeaux médoc du moment de bonne qualité le tout pour un prix très correct. Une belle adresse à Paris.
