Le Verre a Pied sur Paris

17/05/2024: I used to come here everyday when I lived in Paris in 2016. It was my go-to neighbourhood spot - great food, great ambience, great location. Eight years later, I decided to pay a visit to Paris, and of course, a visit to Aux des Cales was mandatory. I have to say, it is still as charming as I remember it. The food just as great (if not better), the waiters kind and attentive, and the ambience as feel-good as I remember. I will be back - it definitely won’t be another eight years until I visit again - and a visit to Aux des Cales will be at the top of my list. If you are unsure about a visit to this gorgeous bistro - do not. You should absolutely visit. You won’t be disappointed. It’s always a good sign when a Parisian restaurant is full of locals at 4pm on a weekday.

13/05/2024: Great terrace and very bistro food in the épinettes district. They are all about board games and this is the perfect place for a group of friends to come, have a few drinks and play altogether. The food is good, very comfortable, and a must try in the area.
