Je suis ravi de voyager en train, car la carte des vins est trop tentante…

We tried to eat properly near the Gare de Lyon, we ate delicious! Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the service, aperitif, starter, main courses, dessert, wines, digeo....Nickel! Brie in a killer cassolette, hot sausage with incredible pistachio, baba and mille-feuille from heaven! The room manager and the boss are friendly, funny, familiar, just enough to make you feel like you're staying with a friend! Very pleasant moment! We ate there for the first time, certainly not the last! I almost regret living in Provence! Thank you gentlemen.

A stone's throw from Lyon train station, it's a beautiful French and French address that feels good.
I was there for lunch, it is better to make a reservation.
Very efficient and friendly service.
The prices are fair considering the quality.
Egg casserole a little just cooked (below the perfect egg)
Very good veal flank steak €22 with a nice PDT gratin and oyster mushrooms. Juice a bit too light. (I quibble)
A glass of wine
34 euros per person is a little more than a normal lunch but it's a good place.

A most pleasant surprise!
Small & cosy atmosphere, went there with a friend very spontaneously.
The dishes we tasted were really well prepared, deliciously tasty.
Overall the evening was sublimated by the great wine we tasted , at a very good quality price / ratio.
Definitely recommend!!

Quel accueil par Christophe et Rémy, cela donne tout de suite envie de s’installer.
Pour patienter des planches de charcuterie à tout va avec un Beaujolais blanc, après avoir dégusté un superbe Vermentino corse.
À table vite pour se régaler d’un joli pâté en croûte, puis d’une excellente volaille aux morilles.
En dessert un baba au rhum xxl
N’hésitez pas en descendant du train ( la gare de Lyon est toute proche) pour rendre visite à nos deux amis qui vous feront passer un moment que vous garderez en mémoire.

We had lunch 2 days last week and enjoyed it very much. Great food and wine.
We walked past the restaurant many times over the years but never stopped. What ashame.
Although the staff speaks little English, we had no trouble with the menu or services. We were welcomed like regulars. The wine list is enormous and very reasonably priced.
We will definitely have many meals at Verre Vin in the future. Too bad not open more in the evenings
