After a warm welcome, we chose 2 Norman cocktails with balanced flavors. We were served an excellent and hearty lunch, mastered cooking and perfect sauces! For the musical atmosphere, I don't really like jazz (which is the hallmark of the place) but we focus on the delicious meal.

Mixed experience. Divine dessert on the other hand scallop dish to avoid! Too salty, nuts not cooked enough, not plentiful enough (4 small nuts only), horrible accompaniment, way too salty. Great disappointment then!

Very nice experience and very well executed dishes. A very good address. All it needs is a dessert with chocolate or a gourmet cake to get 5 stars for me. I recommend but remember to book before because it is most of the time full

Beautiful little restaurant hidden in Honfleur! A very nice address outside of tourists. Open kitchen and cozy atmosphere. Beautiful decoration and cozy setting. Day formula correct in price and service. Very good dishes and more traditional and above all seasonal cuisine! A sure value in Honfleur!

Too bad it was much better two years ago. I had the same main dish, the lamb shank. Maybe the sauce has changed since then but this time it was much blander. The starter, tuna tartare, was also rather bland although spicy at times with the little accompaniments around it. We had the pavlova for dessert which was really excellent! The price still remains very high for the experience. Not sure I would try this cuisine a 3rd time. The super friendly staff! I'm leaving 3 stars for my review because I still had a good memory of the first time.

13/03/2024: When we came to Honfleur and discovered this beautiful village we also got a little hungry. But we were not ready for big menus like they were mainly offered, we looked for something "small". We found this place and it was really nice. Very good service, the waffles tasted great, no matter if the salty or the sweet ones and prices were also in a good range!
06/03/2024: Don’t hesitate!! We were looking for a cute and reassuring little place and this restaurant offers a bubble of happiness in a city which contains many very tight restaurants. Really go for it with your eyes closed! We tasted a waffle with leek fondue and one with Normandy cheeses, killer! Those who say that it is expensive do not realize that making waffles of this quality requires quality products that are expensive to begin with. In summary, a TOP team, divine products and extraordinary decor.

12/06/2024: Pretty good food - the dishes were well made and cooked if somewhat lacking conviction with some weird lapses. Surely the émietté de crabe deserves to be seasoned with lime or at least lemon? Surely the risotto should not be entirely unsalted? Yes of course I can add salt but it is coarse salt and is way too overpowering for additional salting. The staff are not welcoming and are extremely stiff and sour-looking. Yes Queen Elizabeth II ate here on 7 June 2004, but that was then. You can relax now. Speaking of which, I am wondering if Her Majesty used the facilities? I doubt it as they were up a narrowest staircase ever. So, please do not be parsimonious with the truth: your restaurant is not fully accessible. For eating yes (while the cold wind from the port freezes your ankles but whatever) but for bathroom services, it is not accessible. No one is asking for miracles - just be truthful. And salt the risotto please.
