Very nice experience, we appreciated the diversity of the starters and main courses, there was something for all tastes, mastered cooking, exquisite and original flavors, attentive and efficient staff (very little waiting between courses ), the wine list is incredible. Bravo for everything, we will return with pleasure and desire to this Vichy temple of gastronomy.

The Les Caudalies restaurant is located a stone's throw from the city center. We enjoyed the cuisine of the chef and his team. Lots of choice on the menus plus a large slate offering other dishes. Well-crafted local cuisine as well as a very large choice of wines. The staff are friendly and attentive. A beautiful Napoleon III style lounge in a warm atmosphere. A great discovery of this Vichyssois restaurant.

Dommage que l'andouille qui accompagnait le turbot n'ait pas été mentionné dans le menu. Sinon rien à redire : accueil chaleureux et assiettes copieuses. On reviendra, comme d'habitude.

Magnifique expérience dans ce merveilleux restaurant situé dans le quartier ancien de Vichy et au décor somptueux. Nous avons dégusté le repas de Pâques qui présentait un choix d'entrées , de plats et de desserts extraordinaire. Cette première expérience fut totalement réussie . Cuisine très élaborée et succulente et de plus extrêmement copieuse. Service du personnel absolument impeccable et très efficace à tous égards. Beaucoup d'attention et de courtoisie à l'égard de la clientèle. Nous avons été ravis de notre déjeuner et nous reviendrons aux Caudalies dès que possible. Michel et Marie Moulin Lyon

Endroit désigné pour un moment gastronomique. Le personnel est compétent et sympathique. Les plats sont soignés et pleins de saveurs. Réellement, c'est un endroit à fortement recommander.
