Les Châtaigniers sur Saint-Jorioz

A successful stay thanks to the very spacious apartment, the view of the lake and the swimming pools. We did not have time to try the other activities offered but there are many.

Superb view, very well placed, very good welcome, perfect swimming pool equipment even if not very good. On the other hand, apartment not clean at all and very uncomfortable bedding. Well-equipped kitchen, decent bathroom. Negative point: cleanliness to be reviewed (without being difficult) and horrible bedding for the back (apparent springs)

We spent a very nice week here, the park is very beautiful! The indoor pool and outdoor pool, as well as the tennis court, offer many opportunities to keep themselves busy (all included in the price). Our children felt very comfortable. The rooms are in need of some renovation and the kitchen is very sparsely equipped. There is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness in the apartment. There is no dishwasher. Overall, we were satisfied for the price, the view and the proximity to Lac de Annecy are really great. The staff is friendly and always helpful!

Just a meal. Nothing to say. Good staff. Family atmosphere. Worth staying there.

Well located hotel, just 10 kilometers from old Annecy, underground parking space, a beautiful view of the mountains. On the other hand, the housekeeping needs to be reviewed, because of cobwebs, dead insects, a carpet of dust under the bed as well as on the towel dryer, pigeon droppings on the window sills, the rather old furniture we feel that it has well lived (sticky table even after washing with a sponge), the black joints in the bathroom, and the orange toilet brush at the end of its life... We would also have liked a few degrees more in the indoor swimming pool because we goes from scalding showers to the borderline lukewarm swimming pool. We did not report cleaning to reception because for me it must be done well on a basic basis and not to come and ask for it. Otherwise we appreciate the view when we wake up of the mountains, close to the Aldi and Carrefour shops, gas pump etc...

Pretty apartments, lovely view, beautiful outdoor spaces with swimming pool and sports areas (squash, tennis, etc.)

Our stay in this residence was almost perfect! Wonderful welcome, clean and practical room, easy to access, excellent swimming pool... only small negative point, the lack of choice at breakfast. Thank you for everything 😉

We had a short stay with family, the welcome was warm and the staff were smiling. Beautiful location, with a magnificent view of the mountains! It was really nice! The indoor pool is also very nice. Small downside about the cleanliness of the apartment…
