Les Galets Bleus sur Etretat

05/04/2024: Great stay, Cyril and all the members of the team took great care, always with a kind word and genuine attention. It was a successful romantic weekend with a spa treatment and sauna. We also took advantage of the group's restaurants which delighted our taste buds. The Michelin-starred restaurant is very friendly, we enjoyed being able to have an aperitif and coffee on the patio by the fire. Thank you for this suspended moment, we will return to sunny days.

03/04/2024: The hotel is incredible. There was only one thing I didn't like a little bit. When I made a room reservation, I saw that there was a jacuzzi, asked to book for a specific date and time, they refused, saying that it was impossible, that there was no reservation. But before arriving at the hotel a couple of days before, they offered to book a jacuzzi, which was strange for me, because at first I was refused, and at the time and date I asked, they said that everything was booked( So we went only when the hotel offered us and it was not comfortable, because the weather was very cold and it was impossible to stay there for more than 20 minutes because the water was only 30 degrees. And if I'm not mistaken, there were supposed to be cocktails and sweets, but there was only one macaroon, and they took it away from us. We didn't really need it, but the fact that it was included in the price, but it was not presented.
