Les Naufrageurs sur La Tremblade

Nous avons récemment visité cet établissement en plein weekend férié. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la cheffe, ce qui a immédiatement donné le ton pour un déjeuner ensoleillé. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, elle était tout simplement délicieuse. Les huitres, un régal. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la mouclade, un plat savoureux et bien préparé. Point fort : le parking réservé aux clients, situé juste devant le restaurant.

Accueil et services parfaits. Très jolie déco. D'excellents plats. En apéritif, nous nous sommes partagé une planche de beignets d'huîtres et de crevettes. Ensuite, nous avons opté pour la mouclade Charentaise et en dessert, mon épouse a pris une galette Charentaise. Tout était très bon, en quantité suffisante et servi dans un bon tempo. Bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

Loyal customer, I was disappointed by the mussels marinières which are nevertheless a classic! But what can I say, tasteless, no preparation, no taste, the marinière was bad, I had to add a spoonful of white wine! Make an effort, I'll come back and if you don't know, here's the recipe from the chef at La Régaline in St Palais: brown some butter, cut your onion, bay leaf, thyme, slice of lemon and salt pepper, reduce, deglaze with a good glass of dry white wine, stirred while cooking for 10 minutes depending on quantity and before serving sprinkle with flat, uncurled parsley...Enjoy your meal P.s a fish on the menu would be commercial...

We loved the setting, the atmosphere and the cuisine. The service is impeccable and all the waitresses and waiters take great care of their customers. We went there as a family and everyone loved it. Congratulations to the whole team !!!
