Great place to meet friends for good wine and hearty bistro fare. We had the market fish fillet (John Dory, which was a little dry, but served with a fennel sauce over a tasty vegetable medley--the humble green bean is the star of this dish). The wine recommendation was a lovely full bodied, rather pricey red, and the frites were served piping hot and not too salty with 2 kinds of truffle oil-laced dipping sauce.

All good, the dishes with a large choice (the egg casserole €9 and the pig spider €12). The service, smiling and professional and the atmosphere with a light musical background. And very reasonable prices for Paris.

Nice local place with plenty of regulars and touristas...hamburgers seem popular with fries. Very large. I had the John Dory with some fresh green beans, carrots and a few beets...all well prepared. Wines n beers. Jolly crowd. Good service with menu and chalk board. You pay at the bar.

Came for a drink. Very friendly waiters and good atmosphere. However, we took a board to share which seemed very expensive and small.

Good restaurant, we come every year. But this year, the prices have seriously increased, for the dishes and the wine. The cuisine remains very good.

05/05/2024: We just went inside, and everyone was nice and friendly till we had our table. Our waiter didn't speak enough English. The second thing is no English menu it was something written, but we couldn't understand. So we asked what this was. But he just said special fish good😁 then we get our phones and started translating. So we saw that this special fish is the most expensive food in the whole menu😃 Could explain nothing else what is included in dishes, so we decided to leave. The restaurant looked nice. But no English menu was a bit shocking and strange that staff can't explain what they are serving. I'm a bit disappointed, to be honest. especially when you are hungry and you want to eat😃
