Les Sarments sur Gassin

05/05/2024: Ideal weather and not too many people for this weekend of May 1st in Gassin. Very warm welcome at “Vieux Gassin” with always succulent home-cooked, seasonal cuisine. A treat with a hearty plate of aioli and don’t hesitate to ask for more “ointment”, you’ll get some very kindly. On the other hand, the “petits farçis de Provence” both in terms of their quantity and their accompaniment, would have deserved more attention. But don’t hesitate to go, with prior reservation recommended.

05/05/2024: I came back to this restaurant after a year and a half, hoping to find the same good food and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, it was not the case anymore…The food was not extraordinary like before and the prices were increased substantially, both for Menu provençale and for Menu a la carte. The choices you could get from the Menu provençale were limited and not for thé most popular dishes. I was really disappointed.
