Les Tables de Gaspard sur Saint-Crepin

First time for us at Tables de Gaspard so we cannot compare with what the former chef offered. The setting is warm and intimate. The tables are large and spaced apart from other tables, which is really nice. We had the choice between 3 different menus (one at 43€, one at 59€ and the last at 79€ in 5 courses). We opted for the tasting menu at €79. Among the dishes we chose, we were pleasantly surprised by the langoustine sorrentinos which were divine, the sautéed lion's mane as well as the veal pressed which were excellent. The desserts (chocolate soufflé and the coating) were very successful but were less transportive. The service was pleasant, the explanations of the dishes were very complete and clear, which helped us in our choice of dishes. The service was certainly a little long (we arrived at 12:30 p.m. and left at 4 p.m.) but that didn't bother us because we wanted to take our time. Overall, it was a superb experience and the price seemed very fair to us for the quality of the products, the flavor and the originality of the dishes. We will come back with pleasure! PS: there is parking behind the restaurant so it’s practical.

Everything was perfect. Very beautiful place, magnificent and relaxing restaurant room. Very nice discovery. Very well received by the chef's wife who gave us very good advice. Excellent meal, full of flavors and creativity. We will return and thank you to the chef for treating us.

Being regulars at this restaurant, we were able to see the difference between a starred chef and a chef. It has nothing to do. Not that the cuisine isn't good but at this price level, 79 euros for the tasting menu, you have to have something else. The price would have been lower, I wouldn't have said anything, but you kept the same as when it was a 1 star menu, and that's not worth it, especially since there are gaps in the level of service. Your food is good, but nothing exceptional.

Wow, that's the first expression that comes to mind, a cozy and simple atmosphere in a magnificent room, friendly and quality service and what can we say about the exceptional cuisine where each flavor blends perfectly, proof of great mastery on the part of the chef, a big thank you and well done we will come back with pleasure

Absolutely excellent. A meal like an impressionist painting. A multitude of flavors for a magnificent result. The service provided by Madame is very cordial and her support subtle. The wine list is sublime. The atmosphere is cozy in this perfectly adapted place. I highly recommend this very good gourmet restaurant.

A superb discovery. Surprise tasting menu by the chef... I will return with my eyes closed, a treat from the amuse bouche to the sweet treats. The cooking was absolutely perfect! The full-bodied juices and sauces, the impeccable presentation, the gentle and attentive service, the refined and elegant decoration. Favorite for Gevrey Chambertin! The only downside is that background music would be welcome to less hear the noise of cutlery/discussions around. Flawless, we'll come back for sure!

Virginie and Sébastien offer excellent meals as always
