The views are utterly stunning.
But the rest of our experience failed to meet expectations. Perhaps they were understaffed on our visit, but service was erratic, and simply not up to level you expect at this standard of venue. The food was good but not outstanding.

We stayed at the Sofitel, so had dinner here one night, and it was great. Food, wine, service were all excellent. The main calling card here is the amazing view from the top floor. It might be the nicest view from a restaurant in all of Marseille. You can see from the pictures online that it's like a 240 degree panoramic view of the port and city, really amazing and magical at night with all the lights. If you stay at the Sofitel, breakfast is served in the same location. 10/10

Top restaurant, the service is excellent, the waiters are very friendly and are attentive to your needs so that you have a perfect lunch/dinner. The food is very elaborate and the dishes are carefully prepared. Very good address, I recommend.

For the Valentine's Day evening at the Trois Forts restaurant, everything was very successful, the atmosphere, the kindness of the staff and the delicate and very good quality menu!

A little disappointed this time, no musical atmosphere like last time, stuck to the French window at the back of the restaurant with fresh air escaping (even though I had asked for a good position in the room..). I had specified that it was for a birthday..no attention...in short, fortunately the waiter was very friendly!..
