Servers available and attentive. Good cooking of red meats, which is rather rare. I had requested a table apart, which was respected. We will come back for lunch with great pleasure.

It’s a restaurant that I like. The atmosphere is nice and the cocktails are famous. But on the charcuterie boards, there are far too many vinegary elements. On the Iberian board, for example, the olives are too vinegary, the “long and green beans” are vinegary (and there were also pickles). I have Andalusian origins and I like traveling to Iberian countries and I have never been served green olives which taste like capers. Other than that, the rest was delicious.

There were 6 of us, more than 45' to have the aperitif, once the order was placed another waiter came to take the order, the table next to us had time to see 2 courses follow one another while we waited... The plates are pretty but the price is high for the quantity. The setting and the nice servers 👍🏻
19/05/2024: A nice restaurant certainly, extremely well located, with efficient service and quality Italian products. But, once again, despite a gastronomic pretension displayed as much by the prices as by the style of service, the quality of the cuisine, in the strict sense of working with the products, is not up to par. The dishes are simply passable, without much research, neither finesse nor any aromatic complexity, the presentation is correct but nothing original. Very good desserts, but at 14 euros each and without any menu or formula, we could expect something downright exceptional. In short, disappointing value for money, as is very often the case in Reims.

20/03/2024: Very good address. Easy online reservation. We chose the menu for 70 euros. Excellent cuisine, sound advice for wine. However, the service can be improved. Champagne aperitif offered in the style of a brasserie. “You will enjoy some champagne, we are in the region.” Remonstrances to waiters/waitresses deserve to be done at discretion...
