Good overall, but expensive for what it is, especially in terms of portions (I've never seen spring rolls and sashimi as small as that!!! 😂)

Really enjoyed Magic Sushi. As a sushi chef myself and previously owning and operating a sushi takeaway shop. I can only fault them on their sushi rice. It was flavourless and on the mushy side. Japanese sushi rice is an art! It can take up to 10 years to master. The secret is the right mix of sushi vinegar, mirin, salt and sugar and to not over cook the rice. The rice is so important as the seafood and vegetables are complimented by the rice. The word Sushi actually means rice with vinegar. So the right flavour is everything. Their seafood was very fresh and the service was fantastic. Really nice friendly staff and accommodating too! When I requested a slight change off the menu, they obliged. Which earns 5 stars from me in this climate where most restaurant service is disappointing.

Very good restaurant and very pleasant waitress. I really liked this restaurant. I hope to try their takoyaki as well as their ramen next time.

Came to eat this afternoon for the first time. The meals arrived very quickly and were very good. Very special mention for the waitress who took care of us. Very smiling, very pleasant, I loved it!
