We tried and bought the local macaroon. It is a small, rounded sweet or cake, common in the region, with different flavors. The flavor we bought was coconut. Well decorated store. Worth a try.

Very friendly salespeople with whom we laughed a lot! She suggested that I taste 1 macaron...and I fell for it because it was TOO SO GOOD and so did my family from Italy ☺️thank you for this very pleasant little moment in this magnificent village.

Au Vieux Riquewhir

28/05/2024: Everything is great. Totally recommended!
23/05/2024: We were the only ones in the restaurant, the cake was so-so but the price was awesome. More expensive than in Strasbourg. 1 small piece of meringue cake with indefinable content and two cappuccinos for €15.80. We won't be coming back.
