A welcome delivered to perfection and a perfect service which takes great care and which does not encourage consumption. Dishes masterfully prepared by the chef and his teams, original presentation and harmonious flavors. A cuisine that revolves around local and seasonal products (a deserved green star in addition to the classic star). A moment outside of time and yet anchored in its time.

Wonderful moments spent yesterday noon for our family celebration Absolutely divine meal from start to finish, with cuisine as pretty to look at as it is to smell so that everything systematically explodes in the mouth 🤩 A super professional and relaxed service thanks in particular to Théo's little touch of second-degree humor which is never out of place! The promise is kept. We tasted the Nantes terroir. There is a plot, a story and above all a soul on the plates. Excellent service and a plus for the sommelier in keeping with the times. Thank you to the whole team for this great moment 😘

we had lunch with a couple of friends, as always it was a real festival of research in the dishes, the discovery of flavors and imagination in the presentation. the chef and his team really deserve the 2nd star. we can only recommend it.

Aucune fausse note pour cet étoilé ,un menu en 6 plats avec beaucoup d’inventivité dans les saveurs et la présentation,un jeune chef plein d’avenir ,une maison décorée avec raffinement moderne chic au bord de l’erdre ,il faut jeter un coup d’œil sur la cuisine elle est magnifique aussi

04/06/2024: The best 3 course vegan meal I have ever had! Highly recommend this place. The chef is excellent. The staff (chef's loving wife!) was so kind to explain all the dishes to us in great detail for us to decide what to order. The presentation was amazing and the food was delicious! If you are in Nantes, please go to La Cachette🙂
02/06/2024: A magnificent discovery. The dishes are home-cooked with local products, are very well presented and delicious. The menu is sufficiently varied and offers meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. The owner who provides the service is adorable, polite, and speaks perfect English. The drinks menu is also well stocked. In short, you feel like you're in a great restaurant and at home at the same time! I rank it among the best restaurants in Nantes. THANKS !

13/06/2024: with a breathtaking view. Quality service, very professional youth with a lot of humor. Excellent cuisine full of flavors without contradiction with the proposal.
08/06/2024: Refined cuisine, a superb setting on the Loire, impeccable, kind and attentive service. The monkfish is cooked to perfection, as is the veal and its buttery sauce which is delicious. And as it was a wedding anniversary that we were celebrating, a small dish with Happy Birthday as well as a candle was brought to us in addition to some attention from the house. No wonder this establishment is starred! Nothing lack !
