Semi gastro, initially came to taste the truffle menu seen on the MB website, we were told that it was exclusively for 5 days, we decided to stay. Very warm welcome and service. Refined starters and dishes. We tasted the creamy Jerusalem artichoke foie gras followed by the quail supreme. We regretted that the "soft" white chocolate tartlet / cocoa sorbet dessert was not as refined, quite classic with a very hard tartlet that one of us was not able to eat. Too bad we weren't asked why it remained on the plate.

How can I put it?... the devil is in the kitchen... flavors that explode in the mouth... surprising... incredible... plus it's a menu to share with friends... even with more grumpy (I speak for myself 😬) In short, it's just happiness. 18/03/2024: When we are in Capbreton, and this often happens, we come at the equinox. Never disappointed, and a special mention for the server who is adorable.
02/02/2024: Fresh products very well cooked and served with kindness and a smile! And all with the ocean before your eyes…. What better ??
