I don't understand people who come to McDonald's with expectations of starred restaurants. The staff is very very pleasant and friendly, the place is super beautiful for a McDonald's, the food served piping hot. No problems reported for us!

We were looking for a fairly quick restaurant this evening and we came across this magnificent McDonald's. The service was more than quick and the waiter even apologized for the wait even though we didn't even wait 10 minutes! The decor of the McDonald's was very exciting with a small fireplace for heating and a floor for more peace and quiet. One of the best McDonald's I've ever tried!!!

Clear improvement of this McDonald's and I wanted to highlight it! New managers present to maintain order and cleanliness and that’s great. A young and involved team. Before, I would have advised against it, now I recommend it!!

I went to the drive this lunchtime the team members are friendly and efficient I received my order in 5 minutes however it was a big order compared to the Scionzier McDonald's where I usually go or I wait more than 30 minutes for a single menu I have been recommending this McDonald's for some time, we feel a change regarding the staffing of new heads of new people probably new director.

23/03/2024: Excellent traditional mountain cuisine. Their meat is exceptional and they have their own breeding farm near Bourg en Bresse. Eating good and plentiful at the foot of the mountains is great. The customer base has been loyal for many years. After a good walk to Planay, it’s the ideal place to get back on your feet! Congratulations to the whole team !
